Kalraj Mishra- Lindiwe Zulu discuss areas of cooperation for growth of MSMEs

New Delhi, Oct 14 (KNN) Union MSME Minister Kalraj Mishra met Lindiwe Zulu, Minister of Small Business Development, South Africa in the national capital on Thursday to discuss areas of cooperation for growth of MSMEs.
In a tweet, MSME Ministry wrote, “Min @KalrajMishra met Min Ms @LindiweZulu6 Small Dev South Africa Discuss areas of cooperation for growth of MSME.”
Mishra and Zulu discussed initiatives like zero defect and zero effect (ZED) and National Manufacturing Competitiveness Programme (NMCP).
Both the leaders highlighted the historic ties that India and South Africa shares.
Recognizing that entrepreneurship is at the heart of national advantage, both the Ministers held discussions on issues relating to access to finance and other support mechanisms.
The bilateral trade between India and South Africa stands at USD 15 billion and both sides are targeting to take it to USD 20 billion by 2018. (KNN Bureau)
