Shimla, Aug 1 (KNN) The hilly state of Himachal Pradesh is all set to formulate its own policy for the MSMEs, State Industries Minister Mukesh Agnihotri has said.

While addressing an MSME conclave on ‘Enhancing Competitiveness’, he said the issues related to the sector will be resolved soon.

The conclave was organised by Confederation of Indian Industry at Baddi.

Agnihotri raised concerns over the exorbitantly high rates being charged by truck operators in Baddi-Barotiwala- Nalagarh industrial hub and directed the local MLA to look into the issue.

He said nine new clusters, including that of pharma and packaging, will be formed at Baddi and the budgetary announcements will be notified within one month.
