J’Khand Govt to give reward for best MSME performers of the state

Ranchi, May 28 (KNN) In order to boost the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the state, Jharkhand Government has come up with the scheme to reward the best performers of MSMEs.
Talking to KNN, the President of Jharkhand Small Industries Association, Yogendra Kumar Ojha said that the existing industries get boost due to these schemes.
As per the proposal, persons excelling in their respective areas would be given state-level awards in eight categories, said an official release.
Ojha further explained that there are 8 categories in which MSMEs have to qualify.
However, he said that it is not new as the industry gets awards every year.
It is being given to promote the MSMEs which happen in National as well as State Level. Industries too get awards at National Level, he said.
The first, second and third prizes will carry prize money of Rs 50,000, Rs 40,000 and Rs 25,000 for 2016-17 fiscal, it said.
He elaborated that the industry has to see how they can qualify for the categories like maximum turnover, taking care of labour, new innovative ideas. (KNN Bureau)
