The Chief Minister said that to double the income of the farmers, they will have to be connected to technology for which the Start Up programme can be an important link.

He also informed that work was underway to link 27,000 villages with optical fibre and that the State Government was committed to give the 75 districts of the State separate identity with 75 products.
