140th company gets listed with BSE SME

Mumbai, June 20 (KNN) Equity shares of Gujarat based Yash Chemex Limited have got listed with the SME exchange of BSE taking BSE SME a step closer to have 150 companies listed with itself.

“Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that effective from Monday, June 20, 2016, the Equity Shares of Yash Chemex Limited shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the SME Platform of Exchange in the list of ‘M’ Group of Securities,” BSE SME said in a notification.

The Ahmedabad based company offers fine and specialist chemicals which are widely used in various industries.

So far, 140 companies have got listed with BSE SME out of which 18 have migrated to the main board.

Meanwhile, around 32 more companies are ready to launch their initial public offerings or IPOs in coming months to fulfil their working capital requirements.

These companies will get listed on BSEs SME platform in coming months.

The exchange has already given go-ahead to 15 SMEs, while another 18 have filed their draft offer documents and are waiting for approval. (KNN Bureau)
