181th company gets listed with BSE SME; so far 28 cos have migrated to mainboard

Mumbai, May 15 (KNN) Surat based Meera  became the 181th company to get listed with the BSE SME, while Howrah based   Anubhav Infrastructure Limited became the 28th company to migrate from main board BSE.

As many as 181 companies have got listed with the SME platform of BSE so far. Out of this 28 companies have migrated to the main board BSE. The total amount of money raised so far through the platform is Rs 1,432.65 crore while the market capitalization of listed companies has reached Rs 18,258.84 crore till date.

Surat, Gujarat, based Meera Industries Limited is involved in manufacturing TFO twisting yarns to more of user-friendly innovative textile products.

BSE SME, in a notification, said, “Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that effective from Monday, May 15, 2017 the Equity Shares of Meera Industries Limited shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the SME Platform of Exchange in the list of ‘M’ Group of Securities.”

Howrah, West Bengal based Anubhav Infrastructure Limited is involved in the business of construction and civil works. It became the 28th company to migrate from BSE SME to BSE.

BSE SME said, “Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that effective from Monday, May 15, 2017, the equity shares of Anubhav Infrastructure Limited which are already listed under BSE SME Platform will now be migrated & admitted to dealings on the Mainboard Platform in the list of ‘B’ Group.” (KNN Bureau)
