New Delhi, Apr 7 (KNN) Gujarat Based Taylormade Renewables Limited has been listed as 240th company on the BSE SME platform on Friday i.e. April 6.

Taylormade Renewables Limited had launched its initial public offering of 32,40,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each (equity shares) for cash at a price of Rs 35 per equity share (offer price) aggregating to Rs 1134 lakh.

The company deals in renewable energy solution and manufacturing and manufacturing of Solar Parabolic Concentrating Systems for steam generation used in steam cooking and other industrial application, direct or in-direct heating, including solar air-conditioning, and solar space heating, solar drying, solar waste water evaporation and many more applications requiring thermal energy.

Kolkata based Guiness Corporate Advisors Private Limited was the lead manager for Taylormade Renewables Limited.

The company has successfully completed its public issue on March 27, 2018 and its registered office is located at Ahmedabad. (KNN/YV)
