7 cos come out with first sale of shares; to join the BSE SME bandwagon soon

Mumbai, Sept 29 (KNN)  As many as seven small and medium companies will come out with their initial public offering over the course of this week and are expected to collectively raise capital worth over Rs 28 crore.

In due course Vaksons Automobiles, Bella Casa Fashion and Retail, Vishal Bearings, Cawasji Behramji Catering Services, Tejnaksh Healthcare, Patdiam Jewellery and Franklin Leasing and Finance will be listed on the BSE SME platform, media reports said.

While Vaksons Automobiles, apart from the vehicle dealership business is involved in trading of vehicle spare parts and utilities of branded as well as generic products forming part of the auto value chain; Bella Casa Fashion and Retail in involved in the business of manufacturing of bed sheets, quilts, home furnishing textile items, printed/dyed furnishing fabrics and garments.

As far as Vishal Bearings Limited is concerned, it is a Gujarat based manufacturer of bearing rollers, both cylindrical and spherical that supplies to bearing manufacturers across India, besides exporting.

On the other hand, Cawasji Behramji Catering Services is engaged in the business of providing food catering and housekeeping services, both in India and overseas.  It also provides services on sea vessels and has also forayed into the restaurant business.

Tejnaksh Healthcare is an integrated healthcare delivery service provider, committed to delivering quality healthcare services to patients in modern facilities.  It runs an Institute of Urology, which houses the complete Urology setup, providing a comprehensive range of services from consultations and investigations to treatment for Urology.

A 100 per cent export oriented unit, primarily catering to the international markets, Patdiam Jewellery Limited is engaged in the business of designing, manufacturing and marketing of various jewellery made of gold and platinum, studded with precious and semi-precious stones.

Franklin Leasing and Finance Limited, a non banking finance company, primarily engages in the business of advancing loans and investing/trading in securities. It offers business and personal loans to individuals and small businesses, including proprietorship firms and micro, small and medium enterprises; and inter corporate deposits to companies for short/long term financing, bridge loans, and for short term working capital requirement. 

According to official data, so far more than 100 companies from various states from the sectors of manufacturing, catering, jewellery and healthcare have listed on both the SME platforms of BSE and NSE.
