Mumbai, May 11 (KNN) Equity shares of Bajaj Healthcare Limited got listed with the SME exchange of BSE taking the total number of listed companies to 137.

“Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that effective from Tuesday, May 10, 2016, the Equity Shares of Bajaj Healthcare Limited shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the SME Platform of Exchange in the list of ‘M’ Group of Securities,” BSE SME said in a notification.

Out of 137 listed companies, as many as 18 firms have migrated to the main board, leaving the total number of listed companies with the bourse at 119.

The companies that have filed their DRHP document with the exchange are- Greenvalue Agrofarms Limited; Yash Chemex Limited; Lark Non Ferrous Metals Limited; Mewar Hi-Tech Engineering Limited; Shanti Educational Initiatives Limited and more.

Meanwhile, Ashish Kumar Chauhan, MD and CEO, BSE, has said that the BSE is expecting 30 SME IPOs in the next three months. (KNN Bureau)
