Bharatiya Mahila Bank launches BMB Rent

New Delhi, Jul 3 (KNN)  Bharatiya Mahila Bank has launched ‘BMB Rent’ – a loan product (loan against rent receivable) to benefit owners of properties who have rented out their premises.

“Individuals/ firms/ companies/ organisations/ trading houses that have let out their property (residential/ commercial) to reputed companies/ firms/ organisations can avail of this loan facility for any productive purpose or towards meeting their contingencies,” an official release said.

While the minimum amount of loan is Rs 20 Lakhs, the maximum is Rs 5 crore. 

In addition, the Bank offers a special concession for women borrowers.

The bank is currently present at Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Guwahati, Indore, Dehradun, Ranchi, Raipur, Thiruvanthapuram, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Shillong, Shimla, Gangtok, Bhubaneshwar, Goa, Agartala and Patna.  (KNN/ES)
