B'lore based Sri Krishna Constructions (India) Ltd gets listed with BSE SME today

Mumbai, Oct 1 (KNN) Equity shares of Sri Krishna Constructions (India) Limited got listed with the BSE SME exchange today, taking the total number of listed companies to 111.
 
“Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that effective from Thursday, October 1, 2015 the equity shares of Sri Krishna Constructions (India) Limited shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the SME Platform of Exchange in the list of ‘MT’ Group of Securities,” BSE SME said in a notification.
 
The scrip will be a part of Special Pre-open Session (SPOS) on Thursday, October 1, 2015, it added.
 
Sri Krishna Constructions (India) Ltd. is a Public Limited Company registered under the Companies Act, 1956, formed in the year 2005. Sri Krishna Constructions (India) Ltd (SKC) is Karnataka based realty Sector Company engaged in real estate developments.
 
It has completed 7 projects (with saleable area of 12 lakh sq. ft.) and currently in the process of completing 2 more projects (with saleable area of 4.52 lakh sq.ft.). It has 3 projects (with saleable area of 2.60 sq. ft.) in the pipeline.
 
To meet the cost of acquisition of land, raise general corpus fund, the company has come out with a maiden IPO of 2520000 equity share of Rs. 10 each at a fixed price of Rs. 45 per share to mobilize Rs. 11.34 crore. 
 
In total, there are 111 companies listed with the SME exchange of BSE, out of which 7 have migrated to the mainboard. (KNN Bureau)
