BSE SME gets its 110th company; PB Films Ltd gets listed with the exchange

“Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that effective from Tuesday, September 22, 2015 the equity shares of P. B. Films Limited shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the SME Platform of Exchange in the list of ‘MT’ Group of Securities,” BSE SME said in a notification.
Trades effected in this scrip will be in minimum market lot (i.e. 10,000 equity shares) and the same shall be modified by the Exchange from time to time by giving prior market notice of atleast one month, BSE SME said.
The scrip will be a part of Special Pre-open Session (SPOS) on Tuesday, September 22, 2015.
P. B. Films Limited is an Indian Entertainment company set up in the year 2007 by Pankaj Agrawal, an Indian film Producer and Distributor. Kolkata based company P. B. Films diversifies its activities in commercials, distribution and feature films world-wide.
BSE SME Platform offers an entrepreneur an investor friendly environment, which enables the listing of SMEs from the unorganized sector scattered throughout India, into a regulated and organized sector.
