Mumbai, Oct 15 (KNN) Two more firms, Bella Casa Fashion & Retail Limited and Vishal Bearings Limited, got listed with the BSE SME exchange today. Now the total number of companies listed with the bourse has reached 113.
 
“Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that effective from Thursday, October 15, 2015 the equity shares of Vishal Bearings Limited shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the SME Platform of Exchange in the list of ‘MT’ Group of Securities,” BSE SME said in a statement.
 
Rajkot, Gujarat, based Vishal Bearings Ltd is the manufacturer of bearing rollers. The company manufactures taper bearing rollers, cylindrical bearing rollers, spherical bearing rollers and supplies it to reputed bearing manufacturer and OEM across India.
 
The Bella Casa Fashion & Retail Limited is engaged in the business of manufacturing of Bed sheets, Quilts, other home furnishing textile items, printed/dyed furnishing fabrics and garments. The production unit of the company is located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. 
 
“Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that effective from Thursday, October 15, 2015 the equity shares of Bella Casa Fashion & Retail Limited shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the SME Platform of Exchange in the list of ‘MT’ Group of Securities,” said BSE SME. 
 
BSE SME Platform offers an entrepreneur an investor friendly environment, which enables the listing of SMEs from the unorganized sector scattered throughout India, into a regulated and organized sector. BSE commenced the SME platform on March 2012 and in over three- year period, 113 companies have got listed with the bourse till date.
