Mumbai, April 17 (KNN) Riding on a bullish trend in the share markets, the investors on the BSE SME platform are reaping a rich harvest of dividend as the market capitalization of the companies listed on the platform is about to touch Rs 7,500 crore.
 
The BSE SME platform has witnessed a sharp increase in market cap and as much as about Rs 1500 crore was added in a matter of two weeks.
 
Today’s rally was led by Agrimony Com and Bothra Metals which notched up gains up to 20 per cent on a single day.
 
In total, 55 companies are listed on the SME platform of the Bombay Stock Exchange, out of which only one third of the companies actively trade in the market.
 
BSE SME Platform offers an entrepreneur an investor friendly environment, which enables the listing of SMEs from the unorganized sector scattered throughout India, into a regulated and organized sector.  (KNN Bureau)
