BSE SME now has 185 companies listed

Mumbai, July 12 (KNN) As many as 185 companies are listed with the SME exchange of BSE now and the total amount of money raise so far is Rs 1,451.80 crore.

On Tuesday, equity shares of Gujarat based Gautam Exim Limited got listed with the platform. Vapi, Gujarat based company is engaged in imports of recyclable paper fibre, pulp, chemicals, metal scrap etc. and supply to end users / manufacturers all over India.

Out of 185 listed firms, 30 have migrated to mainboard BSE and four of them have been suspended.

The market capitalization of total number of companies listed has reached Rs 17,725.51 crore.

According to reports, Gujarat-based companies dominate the SME IPOs scene, with more than 30 companies having their IPOs on BSE SME and NSE’s Emerge.

With fund-raising becoming easy, quick and transparent, investors are pouting more funds into these SMEs. (KNN Bureau)
