BSE SME platform now has 45 companies

Mumbai, Jan 23 (KNN)  Suyog Telematics Limited yesterday became the 45th company to get listed on the BSE SME trading platform.

“… the trading in the equity shares of Suyog Telematics Limited shall be permitted under ‘M’ Group (SME Segment) and shall be transferred from trade for trade segment to rolling segment…” said a notification from BSE.

The Mumbai based company has an initial public offering of 18,12,000 equity shares. The trading lot size is 6000 shares. 

Suyog Telematics is a company engaged in business of building and operating telecommunication poles, towers optical fibre cable and related assets. It provides these passive infrastructure assets on a shared basis to wireless and other communications service providers.

BSE SME Platform offers an entrepreneur and investor friendly environment, which enables the listing of SMEs from the unorganized sector scattered throughout India, into a regulated and organized sector. (KNN/ST)
