BSE SME soon to complete listing of 150 companies

Mumbai, Sep 9 (KNN) The number of companies listed with the SME Exchange of BSE has reached the kissing range of 150. With one more firm getting listed today and one in the pipeline to get listed on September 14, the total count would reach 149.

Currently, out of 148 companies listed, as many as 18 have migrated to the main board.

Equity shares of Mumbai based Mitsu Chem Plast Limited got listed with the exchange today.

“Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that effective from Friday, September 09, 2016, the Equity Shares of Mitsu Chem Plast Limited shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the SME Platform of Exchange in the list of ‘M’ Group of Securities,” BSE SME said in a notification.

Mitsu Chem is a leading manufacturer of world-class plastic blow Molded and injection Molded products.

Meanwhile, equity shares of Gujarat based Sprayking Agro Equipment Limited would get listed with BSE SME on September 14, 2016.

Sprayking Agro Equipment Limited is an emerging leader in Brass parts manufacturing, including Brass Fittings, Brass Forging Equipments, Brass Transformer Parts & other Customized Brass Parts.

The total amount of money raised so far in the BSE SME platform is Rs 1,103.83 crore and the market capitalization of companies listed till date is Rs 12,197.53 crore. (KNN Bureau)
