Mumbai, Nov 5 (KNN) The BSE SME was trading 0.52 per cent higher, however, only 12 out of 109 listed companies traded actively in the morning.
 
There were 8 gainers, 2 losers and 2 companies that traded flat. The market capitalization was at Rs 7,598.70 crore.
 
Meanwhile, the BSE SME said that Looks Health Services Limited is listed and permitted to trade on the Exchange with effect from Wednesday, November 4, 2015.
 
“4500000 Bonus Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each allotted on October 31, 2015. These shares are ranking pari-passu with the old equity shares of the company,” said the exchange.
 
In line with the other firms, Sylph Education Solutions Private Limited has also filed its DRHP document with the bourse. (KNN Bureau)
