Canadian varsity to help Indian entrepreneurs

Under the programme, young entrepreneurs will be offered expert guidance and mentoring to refine their business concepts, set up businesses and connect with investors for securing capital.
Canada’s Governor General, David Johnson inaugurated the entrepreneurship incubator which will help fast track startups and connect with mentors, customers and investors across the country, here yesterday.
One of the largest incubators in Canada, Ryerson’s Digital Media Zone which began operations in 2010 has so far launched 142 projects.
Canada, according to Johnson is keen on increasing business linkages with India, especially with regard to infrastructure, energy, food security, education, innovation as also entrepreneurship. (KNN Bureau)
