Dhabriya Polywood Ltd & Aryaman Capital Markets Ltd get listed on BSE SME

Mumbai, Oct 20 (KNN)  Two new firms - Dhabriya Polywood Limited and Aryaman Capital Markets Limited get listed on the BSE SME platform, taking the total number of firms listed on the bourse to 73.

Jaipur based Dhabriya Polywood Limited (DPL) is mainly into the business of manufacturing and selling of PVC profiles and fabrication of uPVC doors and windows, partitions, false ceiling, panelling, fencing, prefabricated structures, prefabricated walls and buildings and allied products. It undertakes supply and installation of products at client site and also provides after sale services. DPL’s products are sold under the brand “polywood” and are wood substitutes.

Incorporated in 2008, Aryaman Capital Markets Ltd (AFSL) is merchant banker involved in the business of lead management and syndication of small and medium sized IPO's, FPO's, rights issues, composite issues, QIP's, PIPE Deals, VC Funding and other forms of fund raising.

AFSL has been a pioneer in the field of SME IPOs having been the first Merchant Banker to complete an SME IPO and list the same on the SME Platform of BSE. AFSL has received the award for being one of the “Top Performing” Merchant Bankers in the SME Segment from BSE for last two consecutive years.

The BSE SME Exchange, Bombay Stock Exchange's platform for small and medium enterprises (SMEs), is witnessing a lot more SMEs listing on the platform these days. However, active trading takes place in less than half of the companies listed.

BSE commenced the SME platform on March 2012 and in over two- year period, BSE has achieved more than 90 per cent market share helping Indian SMEs create a market capitalisation of more than USD 1 billion.  Average IPO size on BSE SME is close to Rs 9 crore per issue. 

BSE SME Platform offers entrepreneurs an investor friendly environment, which enables the listing of SMEs from the unorganized sector scattered throughout India, into a regulated and organized sector.  (KNN/ES)
