Equity shares of Gujarat based SME Oasis Tradelink Ltd migrates to BSE

Mumbai, Feb 20 (KNN) The equity shares of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, based Oasis Tradelink Limited will migrate from BSE SME platform to the mainboard BSE.

In a notification, BSE SME said, “Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that effective from Tuesday, February 21, 2017, the equity shares of Oasis Tradelink Limited which are already listed under BSE SME Platform will now be migrated & admitted to dealings on the Mainboard Platform in the list of ‘B’ Group.”

Oasis Tradelink Ltd. is an MSME engaged in the branded and packaged edible oils business. The company started its commercial operations as a trading and marketing entity. However beginning 2011, the company entered into the manufacturing and production by leasing a packaging/production unit in Kadi town of Mehsana district in north Gujarat. 

BSE SME has become the first SME Platform in India where 200 companies have filed their prospectus for getting listed as of date.

The investors’ sentiments seems to be high on the BSE SME platform with 200 firms filing draft papers to raise funds through IPOs since the launch of the segment in 2012.

So far, as many as 164 companies have got listed with the bourse out of which 23 have migrated to the main board.

BSE had launched its SME platform in March 2012 and since then, several companies have got listed on them and some have even shifted to the main board. (KNN Bureau)
