Equity shares of two cos listed with BSE SME migrates to main board

Mumbai, Nov 9 (KNN) The equity shares of two companies, Silverpoint Infratech Ltd and Kushal Tradelink Limited, which are listed under the BSE SME platform have migrated to the main board BSE.
 
“Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that effective from Monday, November 9, 2015, the equity shares of Silverpoint Infratech Limited which are already listed under BSE SME Platform will now be migrated & admitted to dealings on the Mainboard Platform in the list of B Group,” said a notification.
 
Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that effective from Monday, November 09, 2015, the Equity Shares of Kushal Tradelink Limited which are already listed under BSE SME Platform will now be migrated & admitted to dealings on the Mainboard Platform in the list of B Group, said BSE SME.
 
Out of 115 companies listed with BSE SME exchange, 8 firms have migrated to the main board. (KNN Bureau)
