Increase in MSP to help push economy, budget a fair one : Economist (Watch Video)

New Delhi, Feb 3 (KNN) The Union budget 2018-19 is a fair one for the different sectors, considering the fact that it comes ahead of Lok Sabha polls and stands as last one for present government, Manika Premsingh, Economist and Founder of Orbis Economics said.

Talking to KNN, Manika said that the fiscal deficit to GDP ratio is likely to get better as the government has projected in the Union Budget 2018.

Regarding the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) the budgetary allocation for credit support and the extending the 25 per cent corporate tax benefit is to help the sector hold the ground. (KNN Bureau)
