Investors' sentiments remain low on SME Exchange on Monday noon

Mumbai, July 6 (KNN) The investors’ sentiments remained quite low on the BSE SME bourse on Monday morning as till noon, out of 88 companied listed with the exchange, merely 10 companies traded actively.
 
The market capitalization fell to Rs 7,158.28 crore which is 3.64 per cent down. Three companies traded in green while 7 showed decline.
 
Meanwhile, the market cap of companies on ITP was Rs 5,990.15 crore.
 
The number of listed firms on the BSE SME platform is set to hit the 100 mark with at least six companies lined up to list their shares this month. 


At present, 94 companies are listed on the SME platform of BSE. These firms raised about Rs 730 crore through initial public offerings (IPOs). Out of the 94 companies that got listed with the exchange, 6 have moved to the main board. (KNN Bureau)
