JLA Infraville Shoppers gets listed on BSE SME taking total to 78

Mumbai, Nov 12 (KNN)  Bengaluru based JLA Infraville Shoppers Limited is the 78th company to be listed on the BSE SME bourse, a platform that offers an entrepreneur an investor friendly environment, which enables the listing of SMEs from the unorganized sector scattered throughout India, into a regulated and organized sector.

Incorporated in October 09, 2013, JLA Infraville Shoppers Limited is an E-Commerce company engaged in online trading and retailing of range of products including fabrics, clothing, furnishings, electronics and computers and its accessories, surgical instruments and Hearing Aid Accessories.

Other companies that have filed documents and are waiting to be listed include Karnavati Finance Limited, Raghuvansh Agrofarms Limited, Captain Pipes Limited and OP Chains Limited.

BSE commenced the SME platform on March 2012 and in over two- year period, BSE has achieved more than 90 per cent market share helping Indian SMEs create a market capitalisation of more than USD 1 billion.  Average IPO size on BSE SME is close to Rs 9 crore per issue.   (KNN/ES)
