Mumbai, May 23 (KNN) Almost after a month, the market capitalization of BSE SME has again crossed the Rs 6,800 crore mark, and reached at Rs 6,842.07crore today with 24 out of 58 companies actively trading on the platform.

On April 22, market cap of companies listed on the BSE SME platform reached Rs 6,822.57 crore in trading.

The number of advances was more than the number of declines today. There were as many as 17 gainers, with only 5 losers while 2 remained unchanged.

Some of the gainers today were Polymac, VKJ Infra, Unishire etc; while the losers for the day were Comfort Commotrade, SRG Hsq Fin, Looks Health, Womens Next and Ashapura Inmates.

The BSE SME has closed 0.86 per cent higher today. (KNN/SD)
