Mumbai, Apr 29 (KNN) The BSE SME platform which offers entrepreneurs an investor friendly environment has listed eight companies as gainers while five were registered losers in trading today.

Among the top gainers were RNB Denims (4.71 per cent), Captain Poly (3.49 per cent), RCL Retail (2.42 per cent), Sunstar Realty (2.25 per cent), and Women’s Next (2.12 per cent).

On the other hand, losers included Bothra Metals (-5.00 per cent), HPC Bioscience (-2.00 per cent), Esteem Bio (-1/99 per cent), Unishire (-1.69 per cent) and Ashapura Intimate (-0.20 per cent).

As many as 57 companies are currently listed on the platform and its market capitalisation reached Rs 6830.45 crore in trading today.

BSE SME platform enables the listing of SMEs from the unorganized sector scattered throughout the country, into a regulated and organized sector. 

Dhanuka Commercial Limited; Sirohia and Sons Limited; and Starlit Power Systems Limited Ltd are some of the companies waiting in the line to get listed on the platform. (KNN/ST)
