More gainers on BSE SME platform

Mumbai, May 16 (KNN) The BSE SME platform which reached market capitalisation of Rs 6,630.44 crore in trading today has listed sixteen companies as gainers while four were registered losers. 

Among the top gainers were Comfort Commotrade (20 per cent), Bronze Infra (20 per cent), Unishire (20 per cent), Jointeca Edu (10.81 per cent) and Vkjinfra (9.93 per cent).
On the other hand, losers included MMLF (-4.94 per cent), Newever (-3 per cent), Ashapura Intimates (-0.78 per cent) and HPC Biosciences (-0.36 per cent).

As many as 57 companies are listed on the platform and twenty-two companies were traded today.

BSE SME provides assistance to SMEs to raise equity capital for their growth and expansion in a cost effective manner.

It offers entrepreneurs an investor friendly environment, which enables the listing of SMEs from the unorganized sector scattered throughout India, into a regulated and organized sector.  (KNN/ST)
