More gainers than losers on BSE SME; 2 new firms file DRHP

Mumbai, Sept 18 (KNN)  There were more gainers than losers on the BSE SME platform with 18 gainers, 8 losers and 2 remaining unchanged, even as the market capitalisation settled at Rs 7588.23 crore in trading today.

Among the gainers were:  Samruddhi Realty Ltd  (17.87 per cent), RCRL (9.97 per cent), SUYOG (7.51 per cent) and Jupiterin (7.44 percent).

On the other hand losers included COMCL (-9.96 per cent), Anisha Impex (-7.95 per cent), Womens Next (-5.28 per cent) and VKJ Infra (-4.99 per cent).

Meanwhile two new firms have filed DRHP on the bourse. 

Mumbai based Vibrant Global Capital Limited is a non-deposit accepting NBFC registered with The Reserve Bank of India.  It is a finance company that invests and trades in listed / unlisted securities and financial products; provides long term loans and advances; and advances short term loans.

Headquartered in Nagpur, ADCC Infocad Limited is a software solution provider with interests in the fields of basic and professional education, banking, infrastructure, information technology, textile, power, media and entertainment.

It is a specialist in GIS and Engineering services solutions’ company servicing clients across a range of corporate and government segments helping improve their engineering efficiency, support global footprint and improve competitiveness.

BSE commenced the SME platform on March 2012 and in over two- year period, BSE has achieved more than 90 per cent market share helping Indian SMEs create a market capitalisation of more than USD 1 billion.  Average IPO size on BSE SME is close to Rs 9 crore per issue. 

BSE SME Platform offers entrepreneurs an investor friendly environment, which enables the listing of SMEs from the unorganized sector scattered throughout India, into a regulated and organized sector.  (KNN/ES)
