More losers than gainers on BSE SME platform today

Mumbai, May 5 (KNN) Picking up today with less than one fifth companies listed on the platform,  BSE SME ended with more losers than gainers today and the market capitalization down by 0.99 per cent.

The number of companies being traded increased to 20 through the day with the total market capitalization at Rs 6,738.24 crore.

The BSE SME platform which offers entrepreneurs an investor friendly environment has listed 11 companies as losers while 7 as gainers in trading today.

Meanwhile, GCM Capital Advisors has come out with its public issue of 45 lakh equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each for cash at a price of Rs 20 per equity share, including a share premium of Rs 10 per equity share, aggregating Rs 9 crore.

The issue opened yesterday (May 05) for subscription, which is going to close on May 07, 2014. The company is a diversified financial services company mainly engaged in the business of providing financial advisory and consultancy services and engaged in treasury operations by providing funding solutions to their clients both in the form of Debt and Equity and investment activities.
