Naysaa Securities, Sirohia & Sons get listed on BSE SME

Mumbai, Sept 25 (KNN)  With Naysaa Securities Limited and Sirohia and Sons Limited getting listed on the BSE SME platform, the number of firms listed on the bourse is now 68.

Headquartered in Mumbai, Naysaa Securities is a diversified financial services company, offering products and services covering equity broking and equity derivatives to all kinds of investors namely, retail, high net worth individuals and corporates.

On the other hand, Kolkata based Sirohia and Sons Limited trades in fertilizers and pesticides in India. Its products comprise deltamethreine, cypermethrin, bacillus, thiacloprid, and methomyl. The company serves primarily tea estates in the states of Assam and West Bengal.

The BSE SME Exchange, Bombay Stock Exchange's platform for small and medium enterprises (SMEs), is witnessing a lot more SMEs listing on the platform these days. However, active trading takes place in less than half of the companies listed.

Among others firms waiting to be listed on the bourse are Amsons Apparels Limited, Jet Infraventure Limited, Vibrant Global Capital Limited, and ADCC Infocad Limited among others.

BSE commenced the SME platform on March 2012 and in over two- year period, BSE has achieved more than 90 per cent market share helping Indian SMEs create a market capitalisation of more than USD 1 billion.  Average IPO size on BSE SME is close to Rs 9 crore per issue. 

BSE SME Platform offers entrepreneurs an investor friendly environment, which enables the listing of SMEs from the unorganized sector scattered throughout India, into a regulated and organized sector.  (KNN/ES)
