One more firm gets listed on BSE SME

Mumbai, May 21 (KNN) The Mumbai based GCM Capital Advisors Limited has been listed on the BSE SME platform today, taking the total count of the number of companies to 58.
“… effective from Wednesday, May 21, 2014; the equity shares of GCM Capital Advisors Limited shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the SME Platform of Exchange in the list of ‘MT’ Group of Securities,” according to a statement by BSE SME.
The company is a diversified financial services company mainly engaged in the business of providing financial advisory and consultancy services and is engaged in treasury operations by providing funding solutions to their clients both in the form of Debt and Equity and investment activities.
The equity shares offered through the prospectus are proposed to be listed on the BSE SME platform. The main objects of the issue are to augment long term working capital and to meet public issue expenses.
Today, the total market capitalization of the SME platform of BSE was Rs 6,569.47 crore, with 24 companies actively traded. The market was up by 1.90 per cent with 13 gainers, 6 losers and 5 unchanged. (KNN/SD)
