New Delhi, May 15 (KNN): The PHD Chamber is organising tomorrow an interactive session on ‘Taxation Issues in NCT of Delhi,’ covering pertinent issues relating to VAT, excise, entertainment and luxury tax.
 
Some of the issues that will be discussed relating to VAT are penalty on mismatch of 2A and 2B, clarification on frequency of VAT audit, DVAT – 52, Form T – 2, other practical issues in VAT online system, problem for small dealers in composition scheme, coercive action for tax recovery, technical issue related to issuance of C-Form and penalty order U/S 33 of D-VAT Act 2004.
 
Also featured will be issues related to excise, entertainment and luxury tax, specifically pertaining to clarification regarding law related to serving of liquor / stock of liquor allowed to be kept at home, liquor licence for sangeet and wedding parties, entertainment licence, luxury tax on gynmasium and conceptual clarity about GST and proposed GST rate.
