R&B Denims & Women's Next to raise Rs 29.5 crore on BSE SME platform

Mumbai, Mar 25 (KNN)  R and B Denims, makers of quality fabrics and Women’s Next, makers and sellers of women’s lingerie will be raising Rs 29.5 crore from the BSE SME platform by issue of shares.

The authorised share capital of R and B Denims is 25.5 crore while for Women’s Next Loungeries Limited it is Rs 4 crore.
 
R and B Denims is promoted by the RawatKhedia and the Borana groups, two influential textile houses in the polyester hub of Surat.  Having been in the textile industry for more than three decades, each of the companies is well known in their areas of expertise.  
 
While the Borana group, today, is capable of a weaving output value of more than 1.5 million metres of polyester grey fabrics a month, the RawatKhedia group has a processing output of more than 5 million metres of premium quality synthetic fabrics per month; both known for adhering to international standards in terms of quality and services policies.
 
As far as Women's Next Loungeries Limited is concerned, it designs, manufactures, and sells women’s lingerie in India. The company offers a range of brassieres and panties catering to both teenagers and women under the Valentine Pink and Women’s Next brands.

Based in Bhiwandi in Haryana, Women's Next Loungeries Limited markets its products through a chain of distributors and retail outlets.
