SIDBI opens new branch in Bahadurgarh

New Delhi, Feb 12 (KNN) In order to meet the credit requirement of MSMEs in the region, the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI), has opened a branch office in Haryana’s Bahadurgarh.

The bank’s 48th branch office was inaugurated by Deputy Managing Director NK Mani.

On the occasion, Mani said the bank would further strengthen its interaction with the MSME sector to better understand their needs to provide optimal solutions and opening a branch at Bahadurgarh is a step in that direction, a report said.

The programme was attended by around 100 participants comprising office bearers of industry associations, industrialists, bankers and government officials, it said.

SIDBI is the principal financial institution for promotion, financing and development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

Besides Chandigarh, the bank has three offices in Haryana to meet the continuous demand from various industries and industry associations. (KNN Bureau)
