Suspension of trading in securities of 4 companies listed on SME platform

Mumbai, August 6 (KNN) Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) today suspended the trading in securities of 4 companies - Channel Nine Entertainment Ltd, Eco Friendly Food Processing Park Ltd, Esteem Bio Organic Food Processing Ltd, and HPC Biosciences Ltd - listed on SME platform.
 
Pursuant to the orders passed by the Disciplinary Action Committee (DAC) of the Exchange, trading in the securities of the four companies will be suspended for a period of 10 trading days with effect from Monday, August 10, 2015 till Friday August 21, 2015, BSE said in a notification.
 
Trading members are also informed that the DAC has further directed that these companies shall be prohibited from migrating to Main Board of the Exchange till the final adjudication of the proceedings initiated by SEBI vide their ex-parte ad-interim Order No. WTM/RKA/ISD/54/2015 dated June 29, 2015 and after the expiry of such cooling off period as may be decided by the DAC on the conclusion of the aforesaid SEBI proceedings, the notification added.
 
Also, DAC has further said that these companies shall provide compulsory market making in accordance with the existing terms and conditions till the expiry of the period. (KNN Bureau)
