The market cap of BSE SME is nearing Rs 5000 crore

Mumbai, Mar 7 (KNN)  On a day the share market rallied, at least four of the companies listed on BSE SME platform notched up impressive gains as high as about 19 per cent, taking the total market cap to near Rs 5000 crore in this segment.
 
These included Bothra Metals, SKFL, Jointeca Edu and Comfort Commotrade.
 
The total market capitalisation (value of the shares listed) on the BSE SME today aggregated Rs 4936 crore.
 
Besides, four other companies registered about 10 per cent or more.  These included GCMCOMM, AGRIMONY COM, Sunstar Realty and VKJINFRA.
 
While six companies lost, four of them suffered small setbacks.
 
There are a total of 50 companies out of which 24 are traded actively.  (KNN/PC)
