Three companies migrate to main board from BSE SME

Mumbai, Feb 17 (KNN) The equity shares of three firms - Captain Polyplast Limited, Satkar Finlease Limited and Tiger Logistics (India) Limited - have migrated to the mainboard BSE from its SME exchange.

So far, out of 122 companies listed with the bourse, 16 have moved to the main board.

In a notification, BSE said, “Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that effective from Wednesday, February 17, 2016, the Equity Shares of Captain Polyplast Limited which are already listed under BSE SME Platform will now be migrated & admitted to dealings on the Mainboard Platform in the list of T Group. The trading in the securities will be settled on Trade to Trade basis till further notice.”

Effective from Tuesday February 16, 2016 the Equity Shares of Tiger Logistics (India) Limited have migrated & admitted to dealings on the Mainboard Platform in the list of T Group. The trading in the securities will be settled on Trade to Trade basis till further notice.

Further, effective from February 16 the Equity Shares of Satkar Finlease Limited have migrated & admitted to dealings on the Mainboard Platform in the list of B Group.

Meanwhile, the companies which have recently joined the exchange are – Vidli Restaurants Limited and Blueblood Ventures Limited.

A total of 36 companies, who have already filed their draft prospectus (DRHP document) with the SME Exchanges, are expected to get listed during the year 2016. (KNN Bureau)
