Mumbai, Aug 31 (KNN) With 146 companies already listed with the SME exchange of BSE, three more companies are ready to join the list with their initial public offering to raise over Rs 18 crore this week.

The initial public offer (IPO) of Sprayking Agro Equipment will open for subscription from tomorrow and close on September 2, while the public issues of Narayani Steels and Spicy Entertainment & Media would open from September 1.

The initial share-sale plans of Narayani Steels and Spicy Entertainment & Media will close on September 6 and September 7, respectively.

The firms which have filed their DRHP documents with the exchange are - DRA Consultants Limited; Aditya Consumer Marketing Ltd; Gujarat Hy-Spin Limited;  Radhika Jeweltech Limited; Valiant Organics Limited and more.

Out of 146 companies listed, as many as 18 of them have migrated to the main board BSE.

The market capitalization of companies listed till date is Rs 11,944.04 crore.

“As of now, 146 SMEs have already got listed at BSE SME exchange and we have raised Rs 1,100 crore through those SMEs, whose combined market cap has crossed of Rs 10,000 crore mark over past four years," BSE MD and CEO Ashish Kumar Chauhan said earlier this month. (KNN Bureau)
