Two more companies to be listed with BSE SME

Tarini International is issuing 39.78 lakh equity shares at an unit price of Rs 41 raising Rs 16.3 crore from the public. The funds raised would be used for financing long term working capital requirements and brand building exercises.
The company provides financial and technical consultancy related to hydro power generation, transmission and distribution and infrastructure.
On the other hand, Chennai based Carewell Industries Ltd is planning to get listed on BSE SME and issue 33 million shares at Rs 15 per share aggregating to Rs 4.95 crore.
Carewell Industries Limited is engaged in marketing the mosquito repellent coils under the brand Rooster, owned by its subsidiary CKM Homecare Solutions and it also operates in household insecticide industry.
The market capitalization of BSE SME today was Rs 6,859.20 crore with 12 advances, 6 declines and 4 unchanged.
