Two more firms migrate from BSE SME to mainboard

Mumbai, Apr 28 (KNN) Equity shares of as many as two firms have migrated today from the BSE SME exchange to the main board BSE.

Mumbai based Looks Health Services Limited and Comfort Commotrade Limited, which were already listed under BSE SME Platform, have migrated and admitted to dealings on the Mainboard Platform in the list of B Group.

With the migration of two companies today, BSE SME has 117 listed companies. So far 16 companies have migrated to BSE’s main platform.

As per norms, the companies have to be mandatorily listed and traded on the SME platform for a minimum period of two years and only after that they can migrate on to the main board, as per the guidelines specified by market regulator SEBI.

Firms that have completed two years on the SME platform and achieved a post-issue paid-up capital of at least Rs 10 crore are eligible for migration. In case, the paid-up capital exceeds Rs 25 crore threshold, it is required to migrate to the main board. (KNN Bureau)
