Union Budget for the fiscal 2018-19 to be presented on Feb 1

New Delhi, Jan 5 (KNN) The Union Budget for the year 2018-19 is likely to be announced on 1^st of February 2018, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Ananth Kumar was reported saying.

“The Budget Session of Parliament will begin on January 29, and the Budget for 2018-19 will be presented by the Finance Minister on February 1, The session is to extend till April 6”.

Phase-1 of Budget session is to extend from Jan 29 to Feb 9, Phase-2 from Mar 5 to April 6, he further said.

President Kovind will be delivering the presidential address on January 29^th, he further informed.

This is a great article on what are the expectations of a common man from india budget. Common men have faced all the blows with demonitization and GST implementations. Looking for some relief now.There are so many speculations around Budget 2018-19 and many people have their hopes set on it.
