Vaksons Automobiles, Patdiam Jewellery join the BSE SME bandwagon

Mumbai, Oct 16 (KNN)  Vaksons Automobiles Limited and Patdiam Jewellery Limited are the latest entrants  to the BSE SME platform, taking the total number of firms listed on the bourse to 114.

The SME platform helps entrepreneurs to raise capital for their growth and innovation.

“Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that effective from Friday, October 16, 2015 the equity shares of Vaksons Automobiles Limited shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the SME Platform of Exchange in the list of ‘MT’ Group of Securities,” BSE SME said in a notification.

Vaksons Automobiles is an authorised dealer of light commercial vehicles (LCV), multi-utility vehicles (MUV), small commercial vehicles (SCV) and spare parts for Force Motors. It currently operates three different showrooms of Force Motors at Sonepat, Panipat and Gohana in Haryana.

In yet another notification, “Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that effective from Friday, October 16, 2015 the equity shares of Patdiam Jewellery Limited shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the SME Platform of Exchange in the list of ‘MT’ Group of Securities,” BSE SME said.

Incorporated in 1999, Patdiam Jewellery Ltd is engaged in the business of designing, manufacturing and marketing various jewellery made out of gold, platinum with studded diamond, precious and semi-precious stone.  (KNN Bureau)
