Bangalore based MSME AlphaMERS invites CSR tie up for river and lake clean-up

New Delhi, Dec 8 (KNN) In an attempt to address environment related concerns, AlphaMERS Ltd., a Bengaluru based MSME recently commercialized its indigenous floating trash barrier solution for river clean-up.

The Floating Trash Barriers (FTBs) work on natural flow of water and are not like trash collecting boats that have operating costs of fuel and crew. Also unlike other methods of operations, FTBs are low opex 'fit and forget' solution that use only normal conveyors / trucks for disposal of collected trash and weeds, the firm informed.

Commenting over the latest development, DC Sekhar, Executive Director of AlphaMERS said that by implementing this mode, there is no need in most cases to go with boats, burning fuel to collect bits and pieces of trash floating in water.

The flowing water will bring trash at zero cost to your chosen location wherever you deploy the floating trash barrier, he added. Sekhar further said that with the low cost proven solutions and the resources of the corporate world, much can be achieved towards conservation of the environment.

With different commercial contracts completed, AlphaMERS is now turning to corporates with CSR budgets to join hands with the company and take up specific river and lake clean-up projects. (KNN/DA)
