New Delhi, May 2 (KNN) The Electric Lamp and Component Manufacturers Association of India (ELCOMA) will be organising a conference for LED Lighting component manufacturers on August 18, 2022.

The main focus of the conference is to deliberate on LED Lighting Electronics Component which will take place at Hall No. 8A, Pragati Maidan in New Delhi.

Emphasising on central government’s initiatives PLI, ELCOMA has opined that the industry will witness the creation of ecosystem of component manufacturing which will reduce its dependency on imports.

With the issuance of PLI scheme and semiconductor scheme, the ecosystem boost will be recorded in the next 4-5 years, said the association.

The event will be organised by ELCOMA in partnership with Lightroniks Exhibition (Vaarta Trade Fairs India (P) Ltd.

Experts from component manufacturers and government departments are expected to participate in the event.

They will deliver information on how the transformation will take place and factors that will  bring changes in the manufacturing and power supply systems. (KNN Bureau )
