Application for National Awards for Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities open till July 31

New Delhi, July 19 (KNN) The Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment has invited nominations for the National Awards for Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities.

The last day to apply is 31 July, 2023, as per the official statement.

Every year on 3 December outstanding persons with disabilities, individuals and institutions that are working for the empowerment of persons with disabilities are conferred.

The guidelines have been simplified and rationalised and are available at www.disabilityaffairs.gov.in and www.awards.gov.in. 

Accordingly, the applications/nominations for the awards have been invited through online mode only on the password protected central designed by Ministry of Home Affairs.

The ceremony of National Awards is held at Vigyan Bhawan and the National Awards are presented through the President or Vice President of India.  (KNN Bureau)
