EDII to train 10,000 women-led green businesses across 100 districts in India

New Delhi, Sept 3 (KNN) The Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII) plans to impart skill development training to women-led green businesses across 100 districts in India. 

For this it is launching a skill development entrepreneurship programme.

Registered as MSMEs it will help 10,000 women start and manage a business.

This was announced at India International Centre (IIC) in the capital during a roundtable discussion on the modus-operandi of the programme on Friday. 

The programme is aimed at creating and fostering women entrepreneurs mostly in tier-II and tier-III cities within a time frame of 1,000 days.

Enrolling in the programme will help the entrepreneurs to register themselves as MSMEs. (KNN Bureau)
