New Delhi, Nov 22 (KNN)  To celebrate Global Entrepreneurship Week India, Ennovent in partnership with TiE Delhi-NCR has hosted two workshops here today.

The first workshop held in the morning was titled ‘Scaling skill development enterprises.’  Conducted in partnership with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) the workshop featured key speakers from Centum Learning and GRAS Academy and was moderated by Gouri Gupta, Lead - Strategy and Program Development, at NSDC.

‘Scaling operations and impact in low-income markets’ was the title of the afternoon workshop which aimed to address the challenges faced by enterprises as they move from a startup to a scale phase.

Some of the key areas covered during the second workshop included geography v/s depth – finding the right balance; recruiting senior talent and board members and legal frameworks and compliance.

Both of these sessions held at the GIZ premises provided participants an opportunity to learn from successful skill development enterprises that have scaled their operations and impact as well as network with industry professionals.
