Entrepreneurship development programme on six sigma green belt in Noida

Noida, July 22 (KNN) The MSME Technology Development Centre, Agra is organising a certificate course on Six Sigma green belt from July 23 to 26 at Tai Infotech, Noida.
Six Sigma green belt is considered as a mark of quality excellence in industries. It assists candidates in advancing their career, and boosts their organization through skill training in quality and problem solving.
Individuals with any degree or diploma can participate at the four day training programme.
The course content covers the topics such as overview of Six Sigma, DMAIC, financial benefits of Six Sigma; the impact of Six Sigma to the organization, defining roles and responsibilities; voice of the customer, translating customer needs in to specific requirements (CTQs); project definition, project charter, developing a business case, chartering a team, kano model, SIPOC and diagram on define phase review and summing up.
The programme will help candidates to improve screen potential causes, discover variable relationship, establish operating tolerances, QFD, failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA), poka yoke (mistake proofing your new process), tools: brainstorming, bench marking, multi-voting, piloting the solution, implementation planning and phase review.
