Eyeing at skill development & upliftment of educational standards, Kanohar Lal PG College starts enrolment for B.Ed. program

Meerut, May 19

City based Kanohar Lal Post Graduate Girls College has started enrolments for B.Ed. program for the academic session 2017-18. The program is designed with an aim to impart professional as well as vocation skills.

Taking cognizance of the fact that the demography of the region is not very strong economically, the college administration also provides various facilities such as computer labs and library facilities free of cost.

Also the college assist students in applying for various state government and central government scholarships.

Skill development workshops under various themes, language proficiency classes and personality development courses are also run side by side for the students enrolled at the university.

With a broader view to transform the student into a teacher and a responsible citizen of the society, the college also conducts special sessions on issues relating to environment, family planning, social work, preventive health and meditation. Eminent speakers and guests are invited for interactive theme based sessions for the students.

Since U.P T.E.T and C.T.E.T scores are required for the B.Ed. graduates to secure a government job, the college has incorporated classes for these competitive exams in the course structure

The college has dedicated infrastructure with latest technologies such as computers and projectors. To cater to the needs of the changing dynamics of the world, these facilities are equipped with fast speed internet to help students connect with rest of the world virtually.

Under the B.Ed program the students are also encouraged to do internship at the schools, thus enabling the students to put their learning into practice.
